Just wanted to congratulate your greens staff and club on how good the course, greens, new patio etc. were today. The atmosphere created and the two ball voucher for me as a visiting guest was an excellent touch, unlike my golf that lacked touch today. But a huge thanks for staging this Invitation and i hope your member invites me back next year.
Not the best time to play golf in New Delhi... September is hot and humid. Classic Golf & Country Club is well maintained with challenging holes and happy results for amateurs as it is rather short course. Want to make it more challenging... play from the back tee. Caddies are disciplined and divots are promptly replaced. Some fairways are not very wide and doglegs to be expected. Green are not very fast at 8-9 feet but very true. Here a caddie's pointer is beneficial for a rewarding betting outing. Do not expect refreshments at halfway huts during play on weekdays
